I brought home my DSLR to take decent photos and stuffs, but didn’t bring the USB cable.

But never fear. Old laptop has an SD card slot…

Photos WILL be uploaded. And I might show Tumblr a few of them…

What would have been a 20 minute drive home turned into a 5 hour mission.

Here is my day in bullet point form…

Drove to Farnham to Zizzi’s for lunch. Time of arrival: 1pm
Left Farnham at 3pm
Drove up hill in mild snow, light sleet at that.
Got a fair way along the road. Traffic stops.
Lorry driver does a 20 billion point turn back the way we came.
I follow, thinking it’s got to be safer than the hill, where lorries are stuck at the top
Start slipping. Not even handbrake works.
Correcting skids is hard. I broke a nail in the process.
Went back down into Farnham, around the one way system.
Found the A305 or something back towards Aldershot.
Back up the other side of that aforementioned hill.
Finally got moving a bit more.
Made it back to the main road and got to Odiham.
Got to Hook, friends got out and walked.
Hook Business Park was gridlocked.
I cried.
I needed a wee.
I cried on the phone.
I cried some more.
Stu walked down to meet me. It is now 8pm.
We got to his house.
I got a cuddle and a kiss and a warm seat and a TOILET.
Yummy pizza and chips.
Stayed and watched TV and Russell Howard.
Drove home.
I am now in bed warm and cosy. It is 01:15am.

In other news, 10 months today. <3
